Today Alla is a general producer of FILM.UA Television, producer of such projects as:
“Factory of beauty”, “Star Academy-1, “Let us marry”, “Legal Proceedings”, “Gentlemen in the country house”, “D-r Komarovsky school”, “Mystic stories".
She is award winner of the National Ukrainian Television Award «Teletriumph».
Tatiana graduated from Kiev State Taras Shevchenko University, Faculty of Philology.
She is the author, TV journalist, editor and host of several popular programs on Ukrainian TV.
She has got great experience of working on Ukrainian and Russian TV. She started her career at УТ-1 (UT-1) as a journalist and editor of information, art and factual programs.
In the period of 1993-1995 she worked as a Special Correspondent of the Channel "НТВ" (NTV (Russia)) – programs Namedni (Lately), Segodnya (Today), Futbolnyi klub (Football club).
From 1995 to 1997 she worked at the channel "1+1" as a script writer, journalist and editor. Tatiana has created and run the daily morning program (Snidanok z "1+1" (Breakfast with "1+1"), the comedy show "СВ-шоу" (SV-show) and various other projects at the channel.
In 1997 - 1999 she worked as a reporter at the Russian TV channel TV-Tsentr. From 1999 to 2005 she worked at the New channel (Ukraine) as a creative producer, editor, journalist and host.
From 2007 to 2008 she worked for channel TNT (Russia) as a script writer (TV series). Tatiana has achieved awards at all the major Ukrainian professional contests Zolotoe pero (Gold pen) and Teletriumph.
Victor Prykhodko is a film director, producer, screenwriter, general director of "PRO-TV". He worked as a film director on such films as «Lunar cinema», «01», «Western», «Silent horror».
Also he worked on ORT entertainment program department and produced more than 40 video clips.
In 1995 created and headed «PRO TV» company.
2003-2005 Victor managed “A. Dovjenko National studio of feature films”, produced serials - «Razluchnitsa» (2009), «Witch way love» (2008), « Nestor Makhno’s nine lives » (2006), «Five minutes to undeground» (2006).

Volodymyr Borodyanksyy was born in Novy Razdol Lviv region in 1974.
In 1997 he graduated from Vadim Getman Kyiv National Economic University, financial economic faculty.
From 2008 he was a Commercial Director of newspaper Moscow Komsomol in Ukraine.
From 2000 he was head of media assets department in Alfa Bank (he was responsible for realization of business projects: New TV- Channel, Our Radio, Moscow Komsomol in Ukraine).
In 2004 he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of STB TV-Channel.
In 2001 graduated from Kiev National Taras Shevchenko University, Institute of International Affairs. He also graduated from Universität Passau, Germany.

Since 2000 has been working on television, starting with acquisitions of rights for sport broadcasts on “Era” TV Сompany (Ukraine).
From 2001 till 2007 he worked at “New Channel” (Ukraine). Igor was responsible for acquisitions and scheduling issue.
In 2007 Igor Storchak headed FILM.UA Distribution company. He is selling licenses and products by FILM.UA Group. Igor achieved great success in Ukrainian content selling not only on the CIS markets, but also worldwide.
Since 2011 he is selling Ukrainian formats on “foreign” territories. Igor takes active part in production of some FILM.UA Group projects.
In 2001 Iryna got her BA degree diploma of an international standard (Vienna International University) on "Business Administration". From 2000 to 2006 she was employed by "Inter" TV channel (the major national TV channel) at the foreign content acquisitions department (for "Inter" TV channel as well as for the entire group of the "Inter" TV channels). In 2006 together with her partners she founded and headed the first Ukrainian media consulting company "Media Resources Management" that now has partners and clients all over the world, as well as with the key players of the Ukrainian and international markets. Iryna is an author of many articles and reviews of the Ukrainian market of television as well as the foreign markets.
On November 2010 Iryna took up a post of General Producer of ТЕТ TV Channel.
In 2002 Victoria graduated the faculty of linguistics of the National Technical University of Ukraine. In 2005 she got her diploma of a specialist of the International Business Institute as an economist and market researcher. From 2001 to 2006 she was working in the International Media Projects company that was an informational and analytical centre of one of the major media holdings of Ukraine where she was involved in market research and analysis of the media business. Works for Media Resources Management since its launch in 2006. Since November, 2010 holds position of the Director of Media Resources Management.
Based in London, Caroline Schroeter is Sales Manager in charge of German-speaking Europe, CIS territory including Ukraine and North East Europe. She is responsible for selling high-quality content to Europe’s third largest TV market.
Prior to Cineflix, Schroeter served as a commissioning editor at VOX Television, where she worked on German Award-winning programme COME DINE WITH ME. She has also worked as a producer with companies like Endemol Germany and MME, where she worked on programmes including BIG BROTHER, MY RESTAURANT RULES, TOP OF THE POPS and THE DOME. Schroeter also worked as a producer on the MTV European Music Awards for German broadcaster RTL2 from 1999-2003.
Besides her native German, she is fluent in English and speaks Russian and Dutch.
In 1990 graduated from the St Petersburg State Theatre Arts Academy, Theatricological faculty. Yuriy Sapronov has started his career in 1987 in «Lenfilm» film studio, where he worked in different positions from Senior Film administrator to Deputy Director of Art Department.
In 1990 he was appointed as a Deputy Director of art-production company «Saint Petersburg» and in 1991 he occupied the same position in «Petgograd-film» film studio. In 1993 Yuriy became the Vice-President of «East Euro Entertainment» company. Since 1996 Sapronov worked as Director General of «Videoart Profit» TV Company, and since 1998 - Director General of «Interactive TV» company.
In 2003 he occupied the position of General Producer of «Russian World Studios». In the end of the year 2007 the company was reorganized into the joint venture of RWS and AFK «Sistems» - CJSC «Worldwide Russian Studios» and Yuriy Sapronov was appointed to the position of the First Deputy to the Director General and Head of Production Department. In 2008 he became the Director General of «Worldwide Russian Studios». For three years of his management the company became one of the largest private film companies. The catalogue of the company comprises more than 1500 hours of product: almost 50 soap operas and some feature films.
Julia was certified as international economist at Zaporizhzhya Institute of Economics in Ukraine, and as a “Entrepreneurship and European market” specialist at the University of Paris-Sud 11 in France.

Marina oversees Endemol’s operations across all of Central and Eastern Europe including Russia, Poland, Turkey, Ukraine, Greece and is responsible for driving forward the Group’s expansion throughout the region.
Prior to joining Endemol Marina was behind the launch and operations of numerous international and local channels. These include CNN International, Cartoon Network, Jetix, Fox Life, Russia’s first commercial broadcaster TV-6, leading terrestrial Bulgarian network bTV, and one of Ukraine’s top national networks Studio 1+1.
In her most previous role, Marina was Executive Vice President and a member of the Management Board of Central European Media Enterprises (CME), the leading television broadcaster in the region, with stations reaching approximately 91 million people.
Before joining CME in 2004 she was Vice-President of Fox Channels Development at Fox Channels International where her activities included the development of cable and satellite networks in Central and Eastern Europe resulting in the launch of Fox channels in the Balkan region and Turkey.
During 1998-2003 she held senior positions at Fox Kids, first as a Managing Director of Central and Eastern Europe responsible for the launch and operations of local channels, then also as Executive Director, TV Channels, Europe, responsible for pan-European channels distribution strategy. Marina added 6 new channels to the company’s operations in Central and Eastern Europe reaching a total of 15 million subscribers in 26 countries at that time.
As CEO of Central and Eastern European Operations at Endemol Group, Marina manages Endemol’s production companies in Russia/CIS, Poland and Turkey to further build local output including growth in scripted programming.
Her responsibilities also include expanding Endemol’s licensing and distribution activities in the region; pursuing co-production opportunities, partnerships and joint ventures with local and regional parties as well as developing consumer and merchandising strategies alongside Endemol’s global divisions.

Nicola has been working in the TV business since 1987. He became a producer in 1990 and was a part of the start up of Sweden’s most successful production house, Strix Television. His experience as producer covers most genres; talk shows, studio entertainment, scripted series, factual entertainment, documentaries etc.
In 1995 Nicola founded Think Big Television with one of most famous TV hosts in Sweden, Adam Alsing. Think Big was an instant success and after one year they sold the company to the Danish film and TV-production outfit Nordisk Film which is a part of the Egmont group. With Nordisk Nicola remained as Managing Director for six years until he resigned in 2003 with the intention to create a worldwide network of producers - Sparks Network.
While working on the business plan for Sparks Network, Nicola was approached by TV4 and was asked to take part in the launch of the new subsidiary channel TV4 plus where he was appointed Commissioning Editor.
